2. PRIZES (I): The Grand Prize is free golf privileges to the four Louisville Area Different Strokes facilities for the rest of 2007 for one person. Other prizes include four rounds of golf with cart at The Crossings Golf Club valid Monday through Friday (not valid for holidays, outings or league play) (one (1) winner); four rounds of golf with cart at English Station or New Cut valid Monday through Friday (one (1) winner). The Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded and winner will be notified by email. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution is allowed except by the sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Taxes, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner's name (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late entries. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or requests a lewd or inappropriate name to be included on golf balls, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to residents of U .S., except employees and their immediate families of DS Golf Centers, LLC and its affiliates. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
4. WINNER: Winner's name will be posted on the Different Strokes website at www.dsgolfcenters.com/2007giveaway no later than 5/31/07.
